As the son of a Professional Land Surveyor; Owner and Principal Joseph E Webby III, Professional Land Surveyor, has over 20 years experience working in the profession. During that time he has worked on a vast breadth of surveying and civil engineering projects large and small, residential and commercial. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Fitchburg State University as well as completing his Land Surveying education at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Joseph also has completed NEIWPCC’s training course for soil evaluators and is a DEP approved soil evaluator in Massachusetts able to perform soil evaluations (perc tests) for sanitary system design as well as seasonal high ground water determinations, necessary for Title 5 inspections and site development.
